Casey is a CFO and CPA with over 20 years of construction, real estate, and project finance experience. He successfully closed and deployed $1.4 billion of project financing from 2011-2024.
Casey has broad experience with development of commercial real estate projects from site acquisition to lease-up and exit. He can relate to real estate asset managers and how best to implement solar on a commercial real estate project. Casey can also explain the tax benefits and impacts that a solar project would have to a commercial real estate owner.
Casey was Co-founder of a construction business named to the Inc. 500 and owned a palm tree farm with over 4,000 trees. His career started at RSM in audit and tax where he earned his CPA in 2002.

John is based in Massachusetts and brings expertise in the various East Coast solar incentive programs, including the MA SMART program, NY community solar program.
John is the founder of CSG Developers and has a pipeline of about 100 MW of community solar projects in the East Coast region. He has been in the solar industry for greater than a decade. Experience ranges from owning a small residential solar construction company, to being a hardware salesperson, and now a commercial and small utility scale project developer.
John helps Solar CFO clients with the technical matters of system design, interconnection, permitting, and construction.
