Casey is a CFO and CPA with 25 years of construction, real estate, and project finance experience. He works as a fractional CFO for solar developers, real estate developers, and solar O&M companies. Casey has closed and deployed $1.4 billion of project financing during his career.
Casey can relate to real estate asset managers and how best to implement solar on a commercial real estate project with his experience in the industrial, office, and self-storage real estate sectors. Casey can also explain the tax benefits and impacts that a solar project would have to a commercial real estate owner.
Casey is also co-founder of CSS Repower.
Casey was Co-founder of a construction business named to the Inc. 500 and owned a palm tree farm with over 4,000 trees. His career started at RSM in audit and tax where he earned his CPA in 2002.
