• Help you with system sizing and a preliminary design.
• Deliver an estimated cost of components, labor, and services.   We can refer you to quality contractors to bid your project and get you a fair price. 
• Assess passive activity loss limitations and at-risk basis limitations for real estate owners looking to purchase the solar.
• Evaluate selling your electricity under a community solar program
• Assist you in selling your tax credits under the new tax credit transferability rules

FINANCING

• Provide you with financing options to build your solar project including roof lease, term loan, capital leases, PPA, or C-PACE financing. 

REAL ESTATE & SOLAR

• Help you understand mandates for solar in new construction
• Recommend solar friendly language for your leases and loan documents.
• Determine if roof replacement can be amortized into your solar deal at no cost to you.
• EV Charging:  Determine the payback period on commercial charging stations, if applicable.

 Fees for our service start with a 10-hour retainer for $3,500 (you will gain the most value from us in the first 10 hours), after which our hourly rate decreases to $275.
